Any paid work should be confirmed through a clear quotation or written agreement before installation begins.
Hardware, drives, software subscriptions, third-party services, support scope, and installation work may be priced or handled separately depending on the setup.
Customers should enter their own passwords and recovery details whenever practical.
Ownward does not need to retain customer passwords after installation. If future support requires access, that should be handled deliberately at the time.
No storage system is completely risk-free. Drive redundancy can reduce downtime in some situations, but it is not the same as a separate backup.

Remote access depends on working internet connectivity at home and wherever you are connecting from.
Local access during an internet outage may continue depending on the home network, router, and device connections.
